This project is currently in-progress in Downtown Pasadena, CA. The project's name is Del Mar Station and it consists of four separate 7-story upscale living buildings, an elevated pool structure, and the refurbishing of an historic depot. The project borders both sides of the Metro-Rail Train tracks.

The Structural Steel consists of approximately 600 tons of 7-story W-beam and column moment frames and tube steel braced frames. A 3-story pool structure frame and campanile, and miscellaneous steel to include 150 tons of tube steel columns (within panelized wall systems), elevator shaft framing and divider beams, equipment platforms at roof, various embeds, anchor bolts and templates, miscellaneous floor framing, canopy structures, steel pipe and cable railing, and metal decking.
