SATCO was founded in 1968 in El Segundo, CA and remains a family-owned business with current locations in CA, TN, KY, and IN. SATCO holds numerous patents related to air cargo container inventions and their products are used in cargo planes of all sizes by the largest cargo airline carriers in the world.

The Conservation Station is a family-owned and operated recycling center that opened its doors in 2008. Waste haulers, companies, and individuals deliver green waste, inerts (concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, etc), and construction demolition material to be processed at the facility for reuse and repurposing. Large electric grinders, trommels, shredders, crushers, conveyors, and sorting lines are used in the recycling process. Food and organic waste are the latest push in the recycling industry and The Conservation Station has installed organic processing equipment in anticipation of this new area of recycling. The new 60,000 square foot facility has provided The Conservation Station with plenty of room to operate and expand in the future.

We perform one to two custom home construction projects each year. Our entire team looks forward to these projects and helping homeowners realize their dream. We prefer to be involved in the design process or to perform as a design-builder to maximize savings for our clients and to avoid change-order work. All our new custom home projects are run completely transparently, and all costs are shared with our client throughout the project. If we, in cooperation with the client, can use value-engineering or save costs in any manner throughout the design and build process, those savings are passed onto the client.
