Residential Custom Homes

We perform one to two custom home construction projects each year. Our entire team looks forward to these projects and helping homeowners realize their dream. We prefer to be involved in the design process or to perform as a design-builder to maximize savings for our clients and to avoid change-order work.

All our new custom home projects are run completely transparently, and all costs are shared with our client throughout the project. If we, in cooperation with the client, can use value-engineering or save costs in any manner throughout the design and build process, those savings are passed onto the client. Honesty, integrity, and experience matter when choosing a builder.
